Interest rates are right at 7% again for a 30 year fixed mortgage. The new home communities are still dangling some super low rates to entice buyers. I keep seeing 4.99% and 5.99% however the houses where I am seeing these incentives have been in the outlying areas.
Below the Georgia Realtors just published its 2024 year end data for the housing market in our state. The main thing I noticed is that there were increases in every category. We didn’t want to see the days on market increase but it has and this last year the time a house took to sell was 46 days. Closed sales only increased .3% but at least it improved. 2024 was not the best real estate year but Real Estate continues to be a great investment in Georgia.

You can bring up to 5 containers of household waste. A laundry basket, copy paper box or similar container will qualify and your containers will not be returned.
